#PlayInMay - Write a limerick

Let me tell you the story of Ali
Who would look for a job but would dally.
Her groom said with a smirk
If she didn't find work,
He'd send her ass back to Del Valle.

On occasion there are books I will edit
And the work pays my Amazon credit.
Though I wish I could write,
Inspiration is slight.
If a word would just flow, I would let it.

There once was a girl near to Wales
Who spent her time painting her nails.
Though she marshaled her forces
To find nail tech courses,
She fears she'll end up working sales.

Axis of Ineptitude
