Hey y'all!
Today I have a video tutorial for a nail art look using this floral nail art foil.
You can view the tutorial on my YouTube channel or just watch the embedded video below:
As has become the norm, here are the still pics from this nail art.
In addition to the nail foil, I used Pure Ice Superstar! for the white tip, and China Glaze Temptation Carnation for the sheer pink. The topcoat is Sally Hansen Hard as Nails Hardener.
These were sent to me for review by Born Pretty Store, from their new arrivals section in pattern A01. I found the foils very easy to work with and aside from user error on my part (bit nervous filming it, perhaps?), they applied perfectly. The foil measures at 4cm wide by about 100cm long (just under 40 inches), so there are many many manicures in this roll.
If you like these, be sure to check out the rest of the nail art supplies selection. Remember that when you make a purchase, you can use discount code FXX31 for 10% off regularly marked items in your cart! Once this code has been used 10 times, Born Pretty Store will sponsor a giveaway on my blog/channel.
Hope you're all having a fantastic week and I'll see you tomorrow!

This is stunning! I am super impressed with your skills.
ReplyDeleteThank you! Although... really the foils did most of the work. :)
DeleteAt first I thought they were water decals and I was marveling at how crisp the images were!! These are fantastic. Great tutorial! :)
ReplyDeleteThank you! I'm really impressed with these foils - I think they're right on trend with the "negative space" craze and there are so many pretty patterns - I actually think I'll be placing an order for some soon.
DeleteBeautiful..:)
ReplyDeleteThank you!
DeleteWOW!!!! These are fantastic!
ReplyDeletebeautiful!

DeleteThese are so pretty! And your video was very helpful, as I've never worked with foils before. Can I ask what the tool was you were using to smooth them onto your nail? Thanks!
ReplyDeleteThanks so much! Foils can definitely be fun, but do some research first to prepare yourself! As for the tool, it's actually a "hoof stick" cuticle pusher. You can find them online; mine is a soft plastic but you can also find rubber ended ones that might work better. If you don't want to go that far, you can apply foils using a cotton swab just as easily!
DeleteIlike it so much !!!
ReplyDeleteThank you!
