Stamping Plate QA89 for bornprettystore

Hey y'all!

Today I have a new stamping plate to show you featuring some arabesque patterns and some adorable florals that I received from bornprettystore for review, and I've created a simple and elegant floral mani to go with it.  Since the images are rather large, I slapped on some stiletto falsies for this look.

This plate is numbered QA89, and is the standard octagon shape, shipped with blue film on both sides to protect it during transit.

To create my nail art, I began with two coats of Finger Paints Picasso's Puce, which is a gorgeous brownish red with just a hint of shimmer, perfect for fall.

I chose to stamp the rose floral spray down the length of my nails in MoYou Nails Pink, and Barry M Gold Foil on the ring finger.  As you can see, I was able to get really clean stamps with absolutely no effort.  All I did was clean the plate thoroughly with acetone as soon as I took the blue film off, and I didn't have any problems with getting the images to come off.

Sometimes seeing a plate with the film on it can be deceptive because the film gets marks across it.  The plate here looks a little cloudy because I had already used it, so it isn't as clean as it could have been, but you can see there are no errant marks or scratches, so the film really does work.

Since I only used one part of the plate for my manicure, I wanted to show you how beautifully these images stamp.  I stamped everything with Konad Black and these pics are all on my white XL squishy firm stamper.

The above image looks deceptively clunky because it's much smaller than the other images on the plate, so it's zoomed in really tight.  However, it is on the edge of the plate and sometimes that requires special care when scraping to get all of the etching to fill in and lift out.  As you can see, I did a sub-par job on this little guy.

This crown-type image is too large to fit all on my XL stamper, so I split it into the images above and below.  The image below is inverted.

All in all, this is a good little plate.  I really like the floral accents, and the vine imagery is really pretty as well.

Thank you! I almost think they could stand to be a little bit longer, but maybe I'm crazy.
